The Sunday Brunch Buffet 2/26/2012

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Happy Sunday! In case you’re new here, your internet adventures have brought you to The Sunday Brunch Buffet, where I share with you various food, fashion, and other tidbits that interested me throughout the week, as well as a round-up of the recipes I shared.

I inadvertently found a new favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe (pictured above) that I’ll hopefully be sharing with you sometime soon. It was crisp, chewy and sweet. I might still toy with it a bit, but this one was definitely a winner!

I didn’t have a ton of time to peruse the internet this week but was able to find some interesting things for you nonetheless. I hope you’re having a great weekend and that you’ll check back tomorrow to see what’s on The Monday Menu!

This girl’s bravery and faith in Christ is such an inspiration to me.

I fully expect to see my beautiful sister-in-law on this website.

So true!

The door, shut it!

Those chubby little hands!

I want to decorate the kids’ room with every print in this collection. Especially the fox.

Wheat thins are usually the one processed food in our house. Why do I hesitate to go homemade?

Here’s what I shared with you this week:

Guacamole – Smooth and slightly spicy, the perfect dip for a party or Mexican meal.

Gooey Triple Chocolate Cake Bars – Rich and gooey with three kinds of chocolate! A real crowd pleaser.

Ultimate Turkey Sandwich – You can make a sandwich however you’d like, or you can make this one and never turn back.
