Happy Easter everyone! Not much time today, but here’s my list for the week.
I was surprised by the use of ketchup here.
Am I on a Chinese food kick? I think so.
I’m a little late to the cupcake party, but the video here helped me out.

BBQ Chicken Pizza – A great twist on the usual old pizza.
Fat Witch Caramel Brownies – Gooey, sweet, and oh so decadent.
King Ranch Chicken Casserole – I was finally able to get this classic right!
