The Sunday Brunch Buffet 8/19/2012

This list of freezable foods is going to come in very handy for me as I prepare for the baby.

Obviously I’m obsessed with healthy(er) dessert balls, like these no bake chocolate bites.

As a Norwegian I love(!) lefse and have even made it before, but the recipes I’ve made are always for a group the size of a Lutheran congregation. I can’t wait to try this scaled down version.

Let’s have awesome bangs.

This Poor Man’s Salsa Verde looks so simple and flavorful, I can’t wait to try it on a million things.

It must be a pregnancy thing since I’m not really into raisins, but I really want to eat this cinnamon swirl bread toasted with butter every day for breakfast.

I’m not sure an avocado could survive long enough in my kitchen to warrant putting it in a quickie dessert, but if it ever does I’m definitely trying this Avocado Brownie Mug Cake.

I’m hanging this poster in the bathroom at my new house. No joke.

Here’s what I brought you this week:

Labor Day Recipes – a collection of menus for your Labor Day festivities, or any day you’re trying to savor summer.

Open Faced Cheesy Broccoli and Bean Sandwich – Rich and satisfying, while giving you a heaping pile of vegetables.
